A snapshot of our results building startup ecosystems for two cities in Poland: Gdańsk and Lublin, using our proprietary methodology. Both cities engaged us to build startup programs based on attracting top quality global startups to kick start their local entrepreneurial ecosystems.

THE CHALLENGE

To kick-start the city's startup ecosystem by introducing 40 global startups on video call to Gov. officials and setting up 10 startups in Gdańsk. All for € 0,00 Grant Money.

10 startups out of 43 applicants from 18 countries were selected to set up local companies in Gdańsk. 74% of applicants were mature startups.

THE CHALLENGE

To boost the city's innovation ecosystem by attracting 2 top quality, innovative and successful global startups to set up business and hire in Lublin. The startups must visit the city and bear all costs of company set up and operation in Poland.
And, all for € 0,00 Grant Money.
